Methodology

How evidence is graded and how pages are maintained.

The site should make trust signals explicit: what sources are used, how evidence levels are assigned, and when a page is updated.

Editorial standards

Human studies, primary literature, regulatory documents, and cautious summaries should drive the main claims on each page. Opinion and marketing copy should not.

Evidence levels

Use a simple scale: strong, moderate, limited, emerging, or unknown. Each rating should reflect the quality and relevance of the available human evidence, not the popularity of claims online.

Updating policy

Canonical peptide pages should be revisited whenever material new evidence, notable safety questions, or regulatory changes emerge.
